We’re seeking a savvy and enthusiastic comms professional to join a nimble team with a wide range of skills spanning earned, owned, social, and paid media — supported with a deep understanding of the policy and political landscapes borne by our experience working in government and at the nexus of public and private interests for the past two decades.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm to get firsthand experience working on some of the most compelling issues and campaigns in the New York political landscape and to execute the strategy that moves them forward. You will implement communications programs on behalf of a variety of accounts.
Responsibilities
A Senior Strategist is responsible for managing her/his/their projects’ performance as it relates to client service and quality control. She/he/they will understand Pythia’s consulting processes, approaches, and capabilities, including public engagement, coalition building, message/content development, brand engagement and stakeholder mapping exercises, and be able to execute appropriate tactics and engage with clients on a daily basis. While the number of clients/projects to which a Senior Strategist is assigned will vary at any given time and be contingent on the level of work each requires, we anticipate it will average between 3-6 clients.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000 annually, plus bonus
