In 2024, the New York City Council approved the historic “City of Yes for Housing Opportunity” — New York’s most important housing reform in generations. Pythia was central in shaping the policy and driving the campaign that led to its passage. From crafting core narratives to building an expansive coalition of housing advocates, labor unions, and tenants, Pythia led the effort to bring more housing to every corner of the city. This citywide rezoning will create 80,000 new homes. We were proud to work on the plan from concept to reality, delivering a housing win for New Yorkers at a critical moment for the city.
